Here is the grand unveiling of my new galley. Many of you will know how much I enjoy cooking and I especially enjoy cooking for friends and family. Now I can entertain more and the beauty of having the table in the kitchen, is that I don't miss out on the fun whilst serving up. I don't do 'formal' entertaining, if you come to me you just get stuck in and help yourself, no standing on ceremony here! Don't forget to drop in if you are in the vicinity, you will be more than welcome xxx
I was in the middle of answering blog posts and suddenly saw your post come up. Congratulations in having your gallery up and running after so long, you wouldn't know yourself. It has worth waiting for the finished result looks fabulous, a great place to cook! Sarah x

ReplyDeleteFran, I love absolutely everything about your galley. This is a place where friends become family, all gathered around the table together. If I could afford a plane ticket I would take you up on your invitation in a heart beat. Oh, you are going to have so much fun cooking there and sharing food and laughter with family and friends. I am so happy for you, it is a beautiful space :)

ReplyDeleteIs that your special stove that you wrote about quite a few years ago. It was very intriguing to me that it could provide heat in addition to cooking. We tried a woodstove thermo-electric generator. Good in concept, but didn't provide as much power as we had hoped. - Margy
