Here are some views from the wheelhouse today. These views constantly change depending on state of the tide, weather etc, but that keeps life interesting. I am so lucky to live here. Sorry about the poor quality of the pictures, but the glass makes it hard to photo.
What a lovely view.
ReplyDeleteThank you for these photos. It must be a delight living on the water. I remember you having to move your barge; are you still in a place where you can see the young people training on those tall poles?
ReplyDeleteLovely to have an ever changing view.
ReplyDeleteYou do live in such a lovely and interesting place. But I think I would spend too much time gazing out at the views and not getting much done!
ReplyDeleteYes you are lucky ! What a lovely life and great, always changing views.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry I missed these earlier, Fran! You are not lucky, my friend. You've both earned every beautiful view you see. It's gorgeous, and I'm absolutely determined to visit you this year at some point! I want to see it all for myself.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why or how but I missed the publication of this particular post.
ReplyDeleteYes, you are very fortunate and lucky to be living on the water, where there is always some activity going on; even if it is only the tide coming in and going out under a various coloured sky.
Gorgeous and captivating views! :)
ReplyDeleteWe love living on the water too, but don't have hardly as much space as you do. The barge has turned out to be such a wonderful home for you guys. We've been up at the cabin most of the summer, only coming to town once a week or so, so don't get much Internet time as before. But I can't complain. I'd rather be up at the cabin than down in the town. - Margy
