Another picture from Billy on his travels. I have often joked to Pete that if we put a second storey on top of the wheelhouse, we could rent it out as a penthouse suite! I won't tell you what his answer was as it wasn't polite, but this picture shows that it can be done!!! I like this boat, I think it is reminiscent of a Mississippi paddle steamer, very Huckleberry Finn. (And I could get a lot of plants on those decks!) Have a great weekend xxx

ReplyDeleteThis reminded me of the Viking River Cruises ship we were on in China. From our balcony, we could see the after-deck of the ship, and the crew had several trees and other plants there.

ReplyDeleteIt looks delightful, Fran. How are you getting on though? Are you having the same difficulties in doing the outside jobs as we are here in the Netherlands? Every time I start something, it rains! Fance was beautiful indeed, but now we are back, I need to get on and while we are having lovely sunny spells, the rain keeps coming.
