Some more wedding photos to show whilst we are waiting for the official photos of the day. Here are two of my sons with their ladies and bumps! The girls are looking so beautiful, definitely blossoming in pregnancy.
Mel - when my first son was due I knitted the back of a cardigan, by the time number two arrived I had knitted the front, number three saw two sleeves and I never did put it altogether!!!! I think I will go shopping for baby clothes instead!!! X
Same here! I think I knitted a few baby clothes, years before just in case. Luckily for me, MinL was a fantastic knitter which we all be befitted from.
DC -my grandmother was a fabulous knitter and I have passed on some knitted items which are still in amazing condition especially a beautiful shawl xxx
Hi Fran, Congratulations! How wonderful two little babies on the way . . . I loved reading your reply to Mel. I have a quilt top that I pieced when our daughter was little. I still haven't turned it into a quilt. Some things get done, while others do not. That's life, LOL. Have a lovely day. Your blogging sister, Connie :)
Val - I am good at some things but knitting us not one of them. My nan could knit, talk and watch the tv at the same time! Xxx Jo - I am getting very excited xxx Margay - thank you, where my girls go, Kate follows! X
I believe that Grandmama to be had better get busy with her needles and knit those baby clothes :)
